“Song Catchers Caravan” is a re-imagining of how artists of all kinds can gather together, move, and create.

The group will create a base camp together, share meals, build instruments by hand, learn embodied practices for crafting songs, stories & poems and offer those melodies and words back to the wild earth. Then, on the last day, the group will will caravan 4 miles through the forest, to the Broad Brook Community Center to host a performance for the local community, as troops of bards forever have.

All ages and artistic abilities welcome, youth are encouraged to join and are welcome with parental accompaniment. To get more details and to sign up for this bard weekend, email Songcatcherscaravan@gmail.com.

The final performance at the Broad Brook Community Center is on September 15th from 3-5pm. The performance is free and open to all.
