Learn some of the basics of Tai Chi Chuan (also known as Tai Chi), the ancient Chinese martial art that provides extensive health benefits. These sessions will practice some of the moves of the Yang style 24 forms to develop balance, coordination, and strength.
Instructor Clàudia Prat has been studying Tai Chi Chuan under Sifu Tzyann Hsu for almost three years and practices daily. She is now ready to share what she knows with the community! This class is every Thursday at 10:30am following the Fall Prevention Tai Chi. Classes are free, though donations are welcome.
