Guilford seniors (65 and older) are invited to attend the new Senior Support Group hosted by Guilford Cares every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at the Broad Brook Community Center from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.

Join your neighbors and meet new friends to discuss the challenges of aging in place. Deb Albright, retired nurse and professional facilitator, will help the group follow some simple guidelines but participants will determine what comes up for discussion. We expect a range of topics including health and fitness, loneliness, communication with family, and change. Join fellow seniors and share and receive helpful insights and ideas.
